The College of Community Physicians of Sri Lanka (CCPSL) has published its Annual Report for the Council Year October 2025–September 2026, documenting a landmark year in the College’s history.
The report records the College’s work across leadership, public health response, professional development, research, advocacy, wellbeing and fellowship during a year that also marked 100 years of organised community health in Sri Lanka (1926–2026).
Highlights include the induction of the 31st President of CCPSL, the national Be Connected. Stay Well. wellbeing campaign, CCPSL’s public health and psychosocial response to the Ditwah Cyclone disaster, the Centenary Celebrations at BMICH, the Public Health Summit and 31st Annual Academic Sessions, centenary publications and outreach activities, academic and research collaborations, support for postgraduate trainees, advocacy and governance initiatives, and activities to strengthen professional fellowship and wellbeing.
The Annual Report provides a consolidated record of the College’s contribution to public health during the 2025/2026 Council Year and reflects its continuing commitment to strengthening community health in Sri Lanka.
