During the 2025/2026 council year, CCPSL considered a series of constitutional and governance matters through the Annual General Meeting and subsequent Special General Meetings.
At the 30th AGM on 21 September 2025, members approved automatic succession of the President Elect to President, authorised formal partnerships through Memoranda of Understanding and limited the number of nominations a member may propose or second in an election cycle.
A Special General Meeting on 11 December 2025 approved the finalised audited accounts for 2024/2025.
At the Special General Meeting on 25 August 2026, members approved up to five non-voting co-opted members to assist the Council for one council year and amended the process for circulation of valid nominations.
