The Community Medicine Preparatory Course for Medical Officers and Dental Surgeons was conducted over 10 weeks and 20 training days during 2026.
A total of 62 participants took part. The programme covered the health system, epidemiology, biostatistics, nutrition, communicable and non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, health promotion, surveillance, environmental and occupational health, and health planning and management.
More than 40 Consultant Community Physicians and Senior Registrars contributed voluntarily, together with postgraduate trainees who supported organisation and delivery.
