
The College of Community Physicians of Sri Lanka (CCPSL) proudly announces the Public Health Summit and 31st Annual Academic Sessions 2026. This milestone event will celebrate a century of community health in Sri Lanka while focusing on life course actions for future wellbeing.
Call for Abstracts: Now Open! We are currently accepting abstracts for the 2026 academic sessions. Researchers and public health professionals are invited to submit their work under two main categories:
Category 1: Original Research

Original research studies using primary or secondary data.

Systematic reviews/meta-analysis.

Note: Category 1 abstracts will be considered for special awards, including the Dr. Ranjan De Sylva Research Award and the Dr. N.W. Vidyasagara Research Award.
Category 2: Innovative Public Health Initiatives

New initiatives in public health.

Evaluations of current public health programs.
-
Best practices.
-
Case studies/projects.

(Important: At least one of the authors should be a member of the CCPSL, though this is not a mandatory requirement for international researchers ).
